
Asemconnect Vietnam——PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PV Trans, stock code PVT) announces share issuance to pay dividends for 2025. The last registration date for rights allocation is June 8.
Total private shares are 469,931,235. Outstanding shares are 469,931,235. Estimated shares to be issued are 46,993,123. Total face value issuance is VND 469,931,230,000. Exercise ratio is 100:10 (on record date, shareholders holding 100 shares will receive 10 new shares). Issuance capital will come from accumulated undistributed after-tax profits as of December 31, 2025. The last registration date for rights allocation is June 8, 2026. Regarding business performance, PVT recently approved a five-year business plan for 2026-2030, targeting an annual consolidated revenue growth rate of at least 10% during this period. The goal is for international maritime services to account for about 85% of total transport revenue. At the same time, the plan aims to maintain a dividend payout rate of 5% to 10% per year, ensuring a balance between shareholder interests and the company's financial capacity. Specifically, PVT plans to achieve total consolidated revenue of VND 92 billion to VND 98 billion during 2026-2030. Consolidated pre-tax profit is expected to reach VND 82 billion to VND 87 billion. Consolidated after-tax profit is expected to reach VND 65 billion to VND 70 billion. Regarding parent company financial targets, the private company plans to achieve charter capital of VND 516.9 billion to VND 99 billion during 2026-2030. Revenue is expected to reach VND 218 billion to VND 230 billion. Parent company pre-tax profit is expected to reach VND 3.9 billion to VND 4.2 billion. Parent company after-tax profit is expected to reach VND 3.1 billion to VND 3.4 billion. To achieve these goals, the company stated it will continue to play a leading role in the group's crude oil and petroleum product transportation in the domestic market. For international markets, PVTrans will continue to build and expand its international customer network, ensuring timely support for investment and fleet operation activities. In terms of business performance, in Q1 2026, PVTrans achieved revenue of VND 4,177 billion, up 50% year-on-year. After-tax profit exceeded VND 387 billion, up about 40% year-on-year. The company said this result was mainly due to the addition of new vessels in 2025 and improved fleet operation efficiency. For 2026, PVTrans targets revenue of VND 1,650 billion, pre-tax profit of VND 150 billion, and after-tax profit of VND 1.2 billion. Thus, after the first three months of the year, PVTrans achieved 25.3% of its revenue plan and 32% of its profit plan.
